I really didn’t need another travel mug, but I have very few with handles and decided to give this one a try. It works great, and I’m mostly using it for cold drinks, which it keeps cold for a remarkably long time. It really has become the mug I use daily.It’s a 20-ounce stainless-steel mug with double-wall vacuum insulation, and I especially like the non-slip bottom. The lid can be used either for sipping or with the included metal straw. Even better, the straw has a soft silicone tip, so you don’t get that unpleasant icy-metal-straw experience. It also comes with a little straw-cleaning brush, which is always appreciated.The handle is comfortable and makes it much easier to grab than my usual tumblers, and the lavender is a pretty, subdued color. The handle makes it hard to use with the car’s cupholders, but it’s perfect next to my chair.

I love this brand, I buy every size I can! This is great because, as usual, the lavender color is spot on, just beautiful, and the insulated mug is a steal at this price. I love the tight lid, and the fact that you get two of them, a clear one for cold drinks and a solid colored one for hot drinks, and a stainless steel straw. The double-walled cup keeps drinks at the right temperature, and it is well-balanced so it doesn't tip easily. It also has a rubber bottom to keep it on the table. I like that especially, as I have cats, and they often jump up, knock things over, or put their heads in my water (yes, they do). I like the size, many prepackaged drinks come in 20 ounces. It's just a great, pretty, useful cup!
I've been using NESTALLY tumblers and mugs for months. So far they have all performed very well, so I'm always open to trying new colors, shapes, and sizes as they release them. This time I ordered the "NESTALLY Cozy 20oz Insulated Coffee Mug with Handle & Lid, Blush Pink". The mug would make a nice gift, not only for its performance but also as it comes wrapped in tissue paper in an nice box. The mug included two different lids, a clear one for cold drinks and a solid colored one for hot drinks. It also included a stainless steel straw, two color coordinated ,silicon straw tips, and a straw cleaning brush.The lids close tightly and you need to open one of the ports to break the air lock. So on the cold lid pop open the straw hole or the sip hole. On the solid colored lid, open the sliding sip hole. If all the drinking ports are sealed tight, you can have difficulty getting the lid on. The mug has a generously sized, durable handle. It is good for both grabbing and sliding your hand into. The silicon bumpers on the bottom keep the mug from sliding or clanking when you set it down on a hard surface. Product care instructions say that it is dishwasher safe, but I've only washed it by hand so far.I did an eight hour cold test on this mug. I put 8 oz of chilled water and 4 oz of ice in the mug and put the lid on. I came back and checked it at 6 hours and again at 8 hours. At the 8 hour mark, there was still a lot of ice in the mug, which suggests that the listing claim of 12 hours for cold drinks would be accurate. So like my other NESTALLY mugs/tumblers, this one performs very well. Value wise the mug was priced around $20 when I ordered it. Considering the high performance, the two lids, and other accessories, I consider this to be a very good value.

As someone who works from home and is constantly on the go, the one thing I cannot stand is constantly having cold coffee or tea. With the air conditioning going on all summer, it feels like open cups just don't work well, unless you want to not be enjoying a hot cup of coffee long. This is even worse for me since we have a portable air conditioner in our office that unfortunately blows right toward my desk. While we have other travel mugs, they don't seem to keep coffee warm for long and are a major pain to clean, being one of the main reasons I was very excited to try the NESTALLY Cozy 20 oz Insulated Coffee Mug.First, I have to say that this may one of the best made coffee mugs I have had in a very long time. It is thick and well-balanced, with enough weight at the bottom that it doesn't tip over easily, even when empty. It also has a nice, rubberized bottom, keeping it from easily falling over or slipping while you are working. This is a major one for me, since I feel like I am constantly spilling things at my desk (especially when two big dogs have a bit too much energy during the workday). It has already saved me two disasters since it was purchased, and not a drop has spilled. Best of all, with the double-walled stainless steel design, it is cool to the touch on the outside and has kept my coffee very hot inside, something that has brought me far more joy than it probably should. It also cleans up beautifully in the dishwasher (though I will admit, since it is now my new favorite cup, I have been handwashing it regularly just so I don't have to wait).The other thing I really like about this mug is that it comes with not just a traditional lid for hot coffee but also a lid for cold drinks. I honestly haven't used that part of the mug yet, but I am planning on soon trying to make some cold brew coffee, and I know the included straw and lid will be great for that (not to mention I love how they designed it so that it is very easy to clean, and they also include cleaning supplies for the cup). Overall, I consider the cup a great value for the money and will likely purchase another in a different color to have some variety!
I like to take my coffee to the garden with me in the morning, so I can enjoy it while I work. This is going to be my outdoor cup.I tested the manufacturer’s claims for hot and cold times, and my results were very close to those stated. For keeping hot liquids hot, not preheating the mug makes a difference of about 10̊ loss of temperature over preheating it. When I filled the mug. I didn’t preheat, and 212̊ water fell to 202̊ immediately after filling. From the 202̊, the water then took 5 hours to fall to 130̊, the minimum temperature that I consider coffee to still be palatable. Had I preheated the mug and not lost that 10̊ initially, I probably would have gained another hour.For cold drinks, suffice to say the mug will keep your drink chilled enough to be palatable for half a day. With no pre-chilling of the mug, I filled it 3/4 full of tap water, then added ice to bring the level up to where I could just put the lid on. Six hours later, there was still ice in the mug. The water stayed refrigerator cold for a few more hours, and what I would call “refreshingly cool” for a couple more hours after that. As with pre-heating, pre-chilling makes a difference, or you could use less drink and more ice. You’ll have to find a balance that works for you. I don’t need a drink to stay cold for 12 hours, so 3/4 full works for me.The stainless steel interior washes easily. I like that it came with two lids, one for cold drinks to use with straws, and one for hot drinks. Both lids seal tightly and are pretty much leakproof if tipped over. That said, they are simply press on lids, they don’t screw on, so they could be dislodged if you toss the mug into a bag. Also included is a stainless steel straw, silicone tips, and a brush to clean them. This is a great mug. It’s comfortable to hold and it looks great. It’s going to go a lot of places with me.

The product includes two separate lids, a stainless steel straw, two silicone straw covers, and a straw cleaning brush.The cup itself is nice. There are several colors to choose from so pick your favorite. Double walled insulation helps keep everything at temperature for longer, but I will likely stick to cold water. I have others I use for tea.The handle is nice for grabbing and holding. It is a little square, but comfortable, and the rubber bottom helps the cup from sliding.There are two styles of lid. One clear for drinking directly or using the straw. There is a flip up for drinking or stick the straw into the center hole. That hole also has a plug to help keep liquids from spilling.The second cover is a solid color with a slide open cover. The straw can also be used, but I think it is less foolproof for avoiding spills. I would think this lid is best for hot drinks, but since there are two, you can decide which is better for you.The cleaning brush is adequate for the job but could be better. I have several and this will go into the drawer with those. It's a good addition and will be fine for cleaning the straw.The only downside I find is the cup does not fit into a standard car cup holder. This isn't really a travel mug and there are other styles that will work for that purpose. No stars removed, just a note for the next buyer.Overall this is a good insulated mug that should last a lifetime.

Most importantly, it keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold, although I’ve had better results with heat retention than with keeping drinks cold. My main disappointment is that the product listing shows the mug in a car cup holder, but its wide design doesn't fit a standard cup holder. I tried to take it to work in my Lexus, but it just didn't fit. I understand the wider shape is part of its aesthetic, but it shouldn't be advertised for a purpose it cannot reliably serve. Overall, it’s a very good insulated mug as long as you don’t sip and drive. All other purposes are great. Satisfied.
