Return Policy At NESTALLY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items (such as our muslin blankets or tumblers) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please Do Not Send Returns to the Address on the Shipping Label Because we utilize a nationwide fulfillment network to ensure fast delivery, the address on your shipping label is an automated dispatch center and cannot accept returns. Any packages sent to the shipping label address will be rejected and may be lost.

How to Start a Return To ensure your refund is processed correctly, please follow these steps:

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged items, please include photos of the product and the packaging in your email.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
