Return Policy

At NESTALLY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it — unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

⚠️ Important: Please Do Not Send Returns to the Address on the Shipping Label

Because we utilize a nationwide fulfillment network to provide fast and efficient delivery, the address shown on your shipping label is an automated fulfillment center and is not authorized to receive customer returns.

Any return packages sent to the shipping-label address may be refused or rejected and may not be recoverable. Please do not send any return package until your return has been authorized by our customer service team.

How to Start a Return

To ensure that your return and refund are processed correctly, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@nestallyliving.com and provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the return instructions. Please ship the item to our designated return center at:

  1. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item. Once the package has been shipped, please email us the tracking number for our records.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

For damaged or defective items, please include clear photos of the product and its original packaging when contacting us.

The $6.99 restocking fee does not apply to returns resulting from confirmed manufacturing defects, incorrect items shipped by us, or damage that occurred during delivery.

Restocking Fee

To help cover the costs associated with inspecting, processing, repackaging, and returning products to sellable inventory, a flat $6.99 restocking fee will apply to eligible returns.

The restocking fee applies to returns made for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • No longer needed

  • Ordered the wrong item

  • Personal preference

  • Other reasons unrelated to a product defect or an error on our part

The restocking fee is a flat fee of $6.99 per eligible return, regardless of the purchase price of the returned product. It does not include the original shipping charges or return shipping costs.

The $6.99 restocking fee will be deducted from the refundable product amount after the returned item has been received and inspected.

No restocking fee will be charged for returns resulting from a confirmed manufacturing defect, an incorrect item shipped by us, or damage that occurred during delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect, an incorrect item shipped by us, or damage that occurred during delivery, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part or a confirmed product defect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, the applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

For eligible returns subject to the restocking fee, a flat $6.99 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that once we issue your refund, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

We reserve the right to withhold or adjust a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.
