What materials are used in Nestally Living products?
We insist on using environmentally friendly and durable materials. The stainless steel drinkware series is made of food-grade stainless steel, is BPA Free, and aims to provide you with a natural-touch, safe and healthy home experience.
What is the product design style?
Our design adheres to the Japandi style (a fusion of Japanese minimalism and Nordic modernity), emphasizing an organic modern feel, minimalist lines, and soft cream tones, allowing every single piece to blend harmoniously into your living space.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Most of our stainless steel tumblers are dishwasher safe. However, to preserve the finish and vibrant color of your product, we recommend hand washing when possible. For organic cotton textiles, please refer to the care label; we recommend a gentle cold wash.
Shipping & Delivery
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Because our automated system sends orders to our fulfillment centers immediately, we are generally unable to modify addresses once an order is processed. Please double-check your details at checkout.
Where do my items ship from?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our domestic warehouses in Maryland and Pennsylvania, ensuring faster transit times for our US customers.
How long will it take to ship my order?
As we maintain our own physical inventory (no dropshipping), orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We often offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount.
Do you provide delivery services to regions outside the United States?
We do not provide international shipping services at present.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We take great pride in our quality control. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we typically process your refund within 5–7 business days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Sustainability is at our core. By offering reusable stainless steel drinkware and natural organic cotton textiles, we aim to reduce the reliance on single-use plastics. We also strive to minimize packaging waste by using recyclable materials wherever possible.
Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
Currently, we focus on the consistent quality of our core collections and do not offer individual customizations. For bulk corporate gifting or wholesale inquiries, please reach out to us via our official contact email.
